The principal beneficiaries of the estate of Pam & Harold Silver namely Vicki & Claire Silver have established a special Memorial Fund to further the outstanding work of their parents.
His inspiration & innovation were responsible for helping Deafax to be established and subsequently Decibels, AACT, EASiTEC, Deaf Aspirations, Ability2Access, Specialkidz International & GOALS4LIFE.
